Cara Kerja Vending Machine Digital dan Analog

Vending machine is an offline store that dispenses products automatically after each completed transaction, via cash or cashless payments.

How analog vending machine works

1. Customers can see multiple products available from the transparent glass screen.

2. Readable bank notes are available from Rp. 2.000 to Rp. 20.000. Make sure the nominal is right as the machine currently does not support changes.

3. Each machine is equipped with a bill acceptor that works to validate the nominal and amount of the banknotes inserted.

4. If the bill is validated by the machine, the amount of cash available for transaction will appear on the screen.

5. Punch in the slot number of the desired product and punch enter.

6. Machine can read the availability of products on the selected slot number.

7. If the selected product is unavailable, the machine can give a chance to customers to choose another product with full amount still intact. 

8. Machine is also equipped with a drop sensor which helps to check if the product is successfully dropped into the dispense box. 

9. If the product is successfully dropped, the dispense box will be unlocked.

10. Customer can get the product by pushing the dispense lid and reach the product from inside the box.
     

How Smart vending machine SV 22 & SV 49 work

1. Smart vending machines are equipped with touch screen to show the product catalogue and options.

2. A section of the screen works as a branding to show short videos as advertisement. 

3. Customers can see the products available from the screen from tapping the 'buy' product button.

4. Customers can choose to pay with cash or electronic payment using QRIS (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard). 

   • If using cashless payment method:

     1. Scan the QR code shown on the screen using an e-wallet or mobile banking apps on your smartphones.

     2. Authorize transaction.

     3. Machine will wait for confirmation from e-wallet or mobile banking apps.

     4. After the payment is accepted and verified, machine will dispense your product automatically.

     5. If the dispensing process is failed by any means, your money will be returned automatically by the system, directly to the payment apps used.
         

   • If using cash payment method:

     1. Insert banknotes between Rp. 2.000 to Rp. 20.0000. 

     2. Make sure the nominal is right as the machine currently does not support changes.

     3. Each machine is equipped with a bill acceptor that works to validate the nominal and amount of the banknotes inserted.
